Initial and comprehensive personal physiotherapy assessment with an individualised treatment and education plan. Suitable to assess any problem or concern.

These are individualised 1:1 prescribed exercise sessions which follow on from your initial assessment giving you a personalised exercise regime on a weekly basis.
These sessions are set in a private room or progressing into fully kitted out gym environment designed to enhance your treatment on a 1:1 basis, allowing weekly contact and progression of therapy helping you achieve your goals and self management skills.
Bespoke & individualised 1:1 Pilates sessions. These sessions are designed to enhance any treatment you may be having or to get you ready for a group Pilates class environment or just 1:1 improver sessions

I am Michelle & I have a 11 year speciality in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and I was inspired to become a physio after a big martial arts passion which lead to me instructing martial arts in which I achieved a first degree black belt and taught Martial arts.
I have a lifelong interest in exercise and it's benefits both mentally and physically and I enjoy working with people of all abilities. I enjoy a good challenge and love to see people progress.
I offer professional help to support and coach you through any difficult or tricky times to enable successful self management and help you achieve your goals.
I have worked in hospitals across Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Loughborough, during this time I have been fortunate to spend time working with athletes such as 100 meter sprinters, power lifters, Paralympic rifle shooters, archers, professional go-karters, Irish national team walking footballers, England indoor cricketers, rugby players, triathletes, runners and martial artists including top level national squad judokas.
I am a fully qualified Mat Work Level 3 APPI clinical Plates instructor and I have a Pilates for Women's Health Certification. I fell in love with Pilates after I experienced two pregnancies which resulted in two Caesarean section surgeries. I also experienced Diastasis Recti during this time which I have healed using clinical Pilates. Due to this I have experienced the benefits of Pilates greatly and how it can be used to rehabilitate. I have been teaching Pilates for 11 years in both the NHS and private settings to a wide range of people. I love seeing people improve in my classes.
Further to this, I am also Women's Health trained in ante/ postnatal Pilates, Menopause Pilates & Pelvic Floor trained
I really love teaching Pilates and I love to see People grow and flourish in class.

Physio Led Pilates classes are small for correct guidance and hands on tuition.
These offer modified clinical Pilates to help you get moving or improve what you already have.
Classes are taken by a qualified physio trained in exercise rehabilitation to create strong muscles, improved bone density and better mobility.
